Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate academic activities for Grades I–V and ensure timely syllabus completion.
- Monitor lesson plans, classroom teaching, assessments, and teacher performance.
- Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback to teachers.
- Analyse student performance and implement remedial and enrichment programmes.
- Supervise examinations, report cards, and academic documentation.
- Monitor student attendance, discipline, and overall development.
- Coordinate parent-teacher meetings and address academic concerns.
- Organise assemblies, competitions, and co-curricular activities.
- Ensure compliance with CBSE guidelines and school policies.
- Submit regular academic progress reports to the school leadership.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
