About the role

Shape the English learning journey of primary learners in Hong Kong by developing teaching and learning solutions that teachers trust and students love. In this role, you will develop top-tier English language learning materials that bridge local curriculum demands with emerging educational trends.

Key responsibilities

• Develop English language learning materials that spark curiosity and build lifelong literacy skills for primary school students
• Create educational content for interactive digital learning tools, e-learning platforms, and AI-enhanced educational tools
• Monitor and oversee production schedules and project timelines from concept development through to final publication
• Identify emerging industry trends and customer needs to ensure materials solve real classroom challenges
• Contribute ideas for new products and enhancements to existing learning materials
• Support school visits, teacher focus groups, workshops, and product presentations to build relationships with schools and educators

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, Translation, or a related discipline
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in educational publishing, teaching, curriculum development, or content editing
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Experience in educational technology or AI applications in language learning will be a definite advantage
