Primary Interface

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact between the school and parents.
• Handle parent enquiries, calls, messages, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with teachers, admission, academic, and management teams.
• Maintain regular communication with parents regarding school activities, admissions, events, and updates.
• Address parent concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Support the admission and counselling team in converting enquiries into admissions.
• Maintain records of parent interactions, enquiries, follow-ups, and feedback.
• Coordinate school events, meetings, orientations, and parent interactions.
• Ensure a positive parent experience and maintain strong relationships.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports related to enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Key Skills Required:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good English and Hindi communication
• Parent/client handling skills
• Follow-up and coordination skills
• Basic MS Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
• Problem-solving and convincing ability
• Professional and presentable personality
• Experience: 1–3 years in school administration, counselling, customer relationship, front office, admissions, or parent coordination.
