Primary Math Teacher

Bramhapriya World School is looking for a dedicated Primary Mathematics Teacher to join our growing Cambridge Primary team.What we valueThe ideal candidate should be able to inspire mathematical curiosity, encourage exploration and help children develop a positive attitude towards Mathematics.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons aligned with the Cambridge Primary curriculum.
• Develop students' mathematical reasoning, logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Use hands-on activities, manipulatives, games and real-life applications to make mathematical concepts meaningful.
• Differentiate instruction to address diverse learning needs and abilities.
• Use formative and summative assessments to monitor, evaluate and support student progress.
• Maintain student assessment records and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Education or a relevant field.
• B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.
• Experience teaching Primary Mathematics, preferably in a Cambridge or international school for at least 2 years.
• Strong subject knowledge and an understanding of the Cambridge Primary Mathematics framework.
• Excellent communication, classroom management and interpersonal skills.
• A warm, patient and encouraging approach towards young learners.
