Primary Maths (Content Development) - Editor / Senior Editor / Managing Editor

Responsibilities:

• Develop content and carry out editorial work, including edit, write and proofread content, for print and digital products, to ensure the highest quality of work is achieved
• Liaise with authors, freelancers, artists, designers and other relevant parties to ensure timely production of assigned titles / resources
• Collaborate with other departments in market research, promotion and sales activities
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or relevant disciplines 
• Familiar with local Primary Mathematics curriculum
• At least 3 years of experience in textbook editing / educational publishing / teaching 
• Good organisational, communication and time management skills
• Ability to take on responsibility and work independently
• Strong interest for a career in education and a keen eye for details
• Good knowledge in IT and digital publishing is an advantage
