Primary School Principal

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum 8 years of experience in education, with primary school leadership experience
• Strong understanding of play-based, inquiry-based and/or project-based learning
• Familiarity with Cambridge Primary or other international curricula
• Strong understanding of curriculum, assessment, and effective primary teaching and learning
• Experience in developing, coaching and leading teachers
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to communicate effectively in English
• Passionate about building a school that combines strong academic foundations with curiosity, creativity and student agency
• Entrepreneurial and comfortable building a new school and culture from the ground up
• Willing to be based in Solo, Central Java

Preferred: Experience in an international, bilingual, Cambridge, IB, British, or progressive school environment.
