About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Primary & Secondary Teachers to join our team in Kajang, Selangor. This is a full-time position where you will play a vital role in shaping young minds and creating an engaging, supportive learning environment. As a Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering the curriculum effectively, nurturing students' academic progress, and contributing to their overall personal development. Your position is strategically important to our institution as you will directly impact student achievement and help establish strong educational foundations during critical developmental years.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver well-structured lessons that align with the national curriculum and meet the diverse learning needs of your students
• Assess student progress regularly through formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback to guide learning
• Create and maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation, respect and collaborative learning
• Develop engaging teaching materials and resources that support student understanding and cater to different learning styles
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress, behaviour and wellbeing
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development activities and school initiatives
• Support student pastoral care and contribute to the development of students' social and emotional skills
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress and achievements
• Collaborate with colleagues to implement best teaching practices and contribute to school improvement

What we're looking for

• A recognised teaching qualification or Bachelor's degree in Education with teacher training certification
• Professional teaching credentials and registration with the relevant educational authority in Malaysia
• Strong subject knowledge and expertise in primary curriculum areas
• Proven ability to engage and inspire students of varying abilities and backgrounds
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, students and parents
• Sound classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment
• Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement in teaching practice
• Proficiency in English and Malay; additional languages are an asset
• Experience with educational technology and digital learning tools is desirable
• A genuine passion for education and commitment to student wellbeing and development
