Primavera Planner / Programmer – Building Construction

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Primavera Planner / Programmer with 10 years of experience in planning and scheduling building construction projects. The role is based at our Trivandrum office, where the successful candidate will work closely with and provide planning and scheduling support to our overseas Projects . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience using the latest version of Primavera and a strong understanding of construction planning and project controls.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop, update, and maintain project schedules using the latest Primavera software.

Monitor project progress and perform schedule/delay analysis.

Prepare progress reports and recovery plans.

Coordinate with overseas project teams to support project execution.

Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.

10 years of experience in planning and scheduling building construction projects.

Hands-on experience with the latest Primavera software.

Quantity Surveying experience in tender and running projects is an added advantage

Strong knowledge of construction planning, scheduling, and project controls.

Good communication and coordination skills.
