Job Description:

• ead the design development and implementation of Oracle Primavera Unifier solutions to meet client project management needs
• Oversee system configuration customization and integration with other enterprise systems ensuring seamless data flow
• Collaborate with project managers developers and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
• Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and custom reports to support project tracking and decision making
• Manage data migration processes ensuring accurate transfer of legacy data to Primavera Unifier
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices regulatory standards and data security protocols
• Prepare technical documentation including architecture diagrams user guides and system specifications
• Provide postimplementation support and training to endusers and client teams
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user experience
• Support presales activities by contributing technical expertise during client engagements and proposal development

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Primavera Unifier implementation projects ensuring timely delivery and quality
• Design and develop business processes including workflows reports and dashboards within Primavera Unifier
• Configure and maintain custom reports and dashboards leveraging BI Publisher and other reporting tools
• Facilitate requirement gathering sessions business blueprint meetings and user acceptance testing UAT
• Conduct training sessions and create user manuals for new and existing users of Primavera Unifier
• Collaborate with Oracle Support and hosting providers to resolve technical issues and optimize system performance
• Monitor application health and perform administrative activities related to Primavera Unifier
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals
• Drive performance testing and defect analysis to maintain high system reliability
• Mentor and guide junior team members and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
