Who is eligible?

• Aged 46–60

• 20+ years of work experience, OR bachelor’s degree + 10+ years

• Annual income of HK420,000 over past 24 months

• Pass IA licensing requirements (Papers I & III)

• Not existing insurance industry recruits; transfers, re-joins, and reinstatements excluded
