Prin Windows System Support

For our client, we are seeking a Prin Windows System Support to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will provide hands-on Windows systems administration support across multiple organizations, helping maintain reliable day-to-day operations in a complex technical environment. The position will troubleshoot issues, recommend infrastructure improvements, and work closely with clients to align system and network solutions with operational needs. It will also contribute to the design and maintenance of core infrastructure components while supporting system performance and incident resolution.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing systems administration support across multiple organizations.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide hands-on technical guidance.
• Analyze and recommend hardware and software solutions for network and system requirements.
• Design, develop, and maintain infrastructure including routers and switches.
• Engage with clients to gather specifications and align operational recommendations.
• Configure and maintain software testing for performance metrics.
• Remediate daily incident tickets to ensure system reliability.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 4-6 years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and work experience.
• Deep expertise in Windows systems administration.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills.
• U.S. Citizenship and U.S. residency required.
• Understanding of export-controlled commodities and technology regulations.
