Job Title: Prince Sales Representative

Location: Basey - Western Samar

Job Overview:

The Prince Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth through customer acquisition, retention, and engagement. The role focuses on prospecting new customers, managing relationships with resellers and wholesalers, and ensuring excellent customer experience to support overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Customer Acquisition
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
• Conduct daily prospecting and customer visits
• Acquire new customers (resellers/wholesalers) and reactivate inactive accounts
• Customer Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Address customer needs, concerns, and inquiries promptly
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and retention
• Field Sales Operations
• Conduct scheduled client visits and product presentations
• Promote available products, bundles, and promotions
• Monitor customer orders and coordinate delivery schedules
• Reporting & Coordination
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports
• Coordinate with Sales Channel Supervisor and team for updates
• Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competition

Qualifications:

• At least College Level or College Graduate of any course
• With at least 6 months of sales experience
• With a professional driver’s license (A/A1)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Willing to do fieldwork and client visits
• Results-driven and customer-focused

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
