About the Role

Solution Architect – Cloud, Infrastructure & AI Solutions

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to design and deliver scalable, secure, and business-aligned cloud, infrastructure, and AI solutions across Azure, AWS, and GCP environments. The role will be responsible for solution design, customer advisory, cloud modernization, AI-enabled infrastructure adoption, enterprise resiliency, and technical leadership for strategic transformation programs. The Solution Architect will also contribute to the Cloud, AI & Infrastructure CoE and support GTM, pre-sales, and solutioning initiatives.

Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Consulting

• Design end-to-end cloud, infrastructure, platform, and AI-enabled solutions aligned to business and technology objectives.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable, secure, and cost-effective solution architectures.
• Develop solution blueprints, reference architectures, landing zones, modernization frameworks, and deployment patterns.
• Provide architecture guidance throughout the solution lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business, operational, and security requirements.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, delivery teams, and stakeholders.

Cloud, Infrastructure & AI Solutions

• Architect hybrid and multi-cloud solutions across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Design cloud migration, modernization, platform engineering, and transformation solutions.
• Enable adoption of cloud-native services, containers, Kubernetes, DevOps, DevSecOps, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Design AI-enabled infrastructure solutions leveraging automation, AIOps, observability, and intelligent operations.
• Drive integration of AI capabilities into enterprise technology platforms and services.

CoE Leadership & Innovation

• Contribute to the Cloud & Infrastructure CoE through architecture standards, best practices, and governance frameworks.
• Develop reusable solution accelerators, architectures, frameworks, automation assets, and intellectual property.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and differentiated solutions.
• Mentor architects and engineering teams on modern architecture practices and technologies.

GTM, Pre-Sales & Solutioning

• Partner with sales, consulting, and delivery teams to create industry-focused solution offerings and GTM assets.
• Lead technical solutioning activities for strategic pursuits, RFPs, proposals, customer presentations, and workshops.
• Conduct solution discovery sessions, effort estimation, architecture assessments, and transformation roadmaps.
• Support business growth through thought leadership, customer engagement, and architecture consulting.

Governance, Security & Optimization

• Architect solutions aligned with cloud governance, security, compliance, and FinOps principles.
• Define architecture standards for identity, networking, observability, resiliency, and operational excellence.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, highly available, and optimized for performance and cost.
• Conduct architecture reviews and provide technical governance throughout delivery.

AI Resiliency & Operational Readiness

• Design resilient AI solutions incorporating high availability, scalability, fault tolerance, and business continuity.
• Define architecture patterns for model resiliency, multi-region deployment, provider independence, and disaster recovery.
• Establish observability frameworks covering AI performance, reliability, model quality, security, compliance, and governance.
• Implement controls for model failure, prompt failures, hallucination risks, data quality issues, latency constraints, quota limitations, and cost optimization.
• Design AI platforms with workload isolation, fallback strategies, retry mechanisms, circuit breakers, and controlled degradation capabilities.
