Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall academic & school administration
• Implement and monitor ICSE/CISCE curriculum & academic standards
• Manage, mentor & evaluate teaching staff
• Monitor academic performance, examinations & results
• Handle student discipline, welfare & school culture
• Drive teacher training & professional development
• Manage parent communication and grievance resolution
• Oversee admissions, student retention & school growth
• Ensure CISCE/ICSE compliance & regulatory requirements
• Prepare academic, administrative & MIS reports
• Coordinate inspections, events and co-curricular activities
• Work closely with School Management on strategic initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• Female candidates only
• 10+ years of teaching experience
• 5+ years of school administration leadership experience
• Experience in ICSE/CISCE school strongly preferred
• Experience as Principal Vice Principal Academic Head Coordinator preferred
• Bachelor's/Master's Degree with B.Ed.
• Strong leadership, communication & team-management skills
• Excellent understanding of academic operations and school administration.

Location Preference

Bhopal-based candidates will be preferred.

Candidates from other locations may apply only if they are ready to relocate to Bhopal.
