School Principal

We are looking for an experienced, responsible, and dynamic School Principal to lead the overall academic, administrative, and disciplinary functioning of the school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide effective leadership and guidance to the teaching and non-teaching staff.
• Oversee academic planning, curriculum implementation, examinations, and student performance.
• Maintain discipline and ensure a safe, positive, and supportive school environment.
• Supervise teachers and monitor teaching-learning practices.
• Coordinate with parents and address student and parent concerns professionally.
• Manage school administration, staff coordination, meetings, and daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with school policies, procedures, and applicable education-board guidelines.
• Organize and supervise school events, activities, and academic programmes.
• Maintain effective communication with management, staff, students, and parents.
• Promote the overall development, values, and reputation of the school.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Education or a relevant field; B.Ed. preferred.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in school administration/academic leadership.
• Prior experience as a Principal, Vice Principal, Coordinator, or senior academic administrator preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Good knowledge of school administration, examinations, and academic processes.
• Ability to manage staff and handle responsibilities independently and professionally.
• Candidates with experience in ICSE/CBSE school administration will be preferred.
