Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction forthe overall development of the school.
• Develop and implement academic plans, policies, and school improvement initiatives.
• Ensure effective curriculum delivery and maintain high academic standards.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate teaching andnon-teaching staff.
• Promote professional development and training for teachers.
• Monitor student performance, discipline, attendance, and overall well-being.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, respectful, and positive learning environment.
• Maintain effective communication with parents and address their concernsprofessionally.
• Coordinate school events, examinations, assemblies, meetings, and extracurricularactivities.
• Ensure compliance with education regulations, school policies, and applicable statutory requirements.
• Manage school resources, infrastructure, budgets, and administrative operationseffectively.
• Maintain accurate academic and administrative records.
• Build strong relationships with parents, community members, and otherstakeholders.
• Represent the school at meetings, events, and external forums.
• Encourage innovation, technology integration, and continuous improvement in teaching and learning.
• Qualifications & Experience
• Master’s degree in Education or a relevant subject; B.Ed./M.Ed. preferred.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in teaching and school administration, with relevant leadership experience.
• Proven experience in managing academic and administrative operations.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development, assessment, and educational practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage teams, resolve conflicts, and make effective decisions.
• Proficiency in using technology and schoolmanagement systems.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
