Position: School Principal Board: CBSE Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall academic, administrative, and strategic leadership to the school.
• Ensure effective implementation of the CBSE curriculum, academic policies, and school guidelines.
• Supervise and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.
• Develop academic plans, timetables, examination schedules, and performance-improvement strategies.
• Monitor teaching quality, student performance, attendance, discipline, and overall school standards.
• Mentor teachers and promote continuous professional development.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, disciplined, and child-friendly school environment.
• Build strong relationships with parents, students, staff, management, and the wider community.
• Oversee examinations, admissions, co-curricular activities, events, and school programmes.
• Ensure compliance with CBSE and other applicable educational regulations.
• Manage school resources, infrastructure, and administrative operations effectively.
• Represent the school at official meetings, educational forums, and external events.
• Work closely with the school management to establish and achieve the institution's vision and objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Master's Degree in Education or a relevant subject; B.Ed. preferred/required as applicable.
• Strong knowledge of CBSE academic and administrative practices.
• Significant experience in school leadership, preferably as a Vice Principal/Coordinator/Principal.
• Excellent communication, leadership, decision-making, and team-management skills.
• Strong understanding of modern pedagogy, assessment, and student development.

Vice Principal – Job Description

Position: Vice Principal Board: CBSE Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Principal in the overall academic and administrative management of the school.
• Coordinate day-to-day academic and operational activities.
• Monitor lesson planning, classroom teaching, student learning outcomes, and teacher performance.
• Supervise and mentor teachers and coordinators.
• Assist in implementing the CBSE curriculum, assessment practices, and academic policies.
• Monitor student discipline, attendance, behaviour, and welfare.
• Coordinate examinations, assessments, school assemblies, events, and co-curricular activities.
• Support teachers in adopting innovative and technology-enabled teaching methods.
• Communicate with parents regarding academic and behavioural matters when required.
• Assist the Principal in staff meetings, teacher training, inspections, and school development initiatives.
• Step in for the Principal when required and ensure continuity of school operations.
• Maintain effective coordination between management, teachers, students, parents, and administrative staff.

Qualifications & Experience

• Master's Degree in a relevant subject and B.Ed. preferred/required as applicable.
• Prior experience in a CBSE school is highly desirable.
• Experience as a Senior Teacher, Academic Coordinator, Head of Department, or similar leadership role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum and school administration.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle academic planning, staff coordination, student discipline, and parent communication effectively.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abdullapuram, Tamil Nadu 604410: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Secondary(10th Pass) (Preferred)
