Job Description

The Educators Jinnah Garden Campus, Islamabad, is seeking a qualified, experienced, and motivated Female Principal to lead the school’s academic and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, effective team management, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of education, discipline, and student development.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide effective leadership and strategic direction to the school.
• Oversee daily academic and administrative operations.
• Supervise staff performance, student discipline, and curriculum implementation.
• Promote a positive learning environment focused on academic excellence.
• Maintain strong relationships with parents, students, and staff.
• Ensure compliance with school policies, procedures, and educational standards.
• Manage school resources, facilities, and administrative matters efficiently.
• Monitor academic performance and implement improvement strategies.
• Support teacher development and ensure the effective use of educational technology.

Eligibility Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Education or a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Principal or School Head.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
• Experience in staff development, curriculum planning, and student assessment.
• Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and educational technology.
• Preference will be given exclusively to candidates residing in Jinnah Garden and its surrounding areas. Applicants living farther away should not apply.
