As a Principal at Dupless, you will lead transformative projects, guide multidisciplinary teams, and build long-lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact projects for global clients, delivering solutions in cost management, contract advisory, and dispute resolution.
• Direct project teams to navigate unique business challenges, structuring solutions that solve critical problems in cost and contract management.
• Develop and execute strategic visions that align with client goals and Dupless’s commitment to excellence.
• Provide mentorship and development guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.

Qualifications

• MSc or PhD in Quantity Surveying, Civil or Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in large-scale project cost management, contract advisory, or engineering roles.
• Proven expertise in managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering strategic outcomes on complex projects.

Compensation $250,000 - $265,000
