Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced, dedicated, and dynamic School Principal to lead and manage our school affiliated with the CBSE Board. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Principal in a CBSE school and possess strong leadership, academic management, and administrative skills.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining academic excellence, managing teachers and staff, ensuring discipline, and creating a positive learning environment for students.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall academic and administrative operations of the school.
• Implement and monitor the CBSE curriculum and academic standards.
• Supervise teachers, staff, and their day-to-day responsibilities.
• Monitor students' academic performance, discipline, and overall development.
• Conduct staff meetings, parent-teacher meetings, and academic reviews.
• Develop strategies to improve teaching quality and student performance.
• Ensure compliance with CBSE guidelines, school policies, and educational standards.
• Maintain effective communication with parents, teachers, students, and management.
• Promote a safe, disciplined, and supportive learning environment.
• Manage school records, academic planning, and other administrative activities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Principal in a CBSE-affiliated school is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of the CBSE curriculum, academic policies, and school administration.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage teachers, staff, students, and parents effectively.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for education and commitment to students' overall development.
• Willingness to work at Hanur, Chamarajanagar District, Karnataka.

Educational Qualification: Relevant postgraduate degree and B.Ed. are preferred, subject to applicable CBSE affiliation requirements.
