Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the overall academic and administrative operations of the school.
- Supervise teachers and promote high standards of teaching and learning.
- Maintain discipline and ensure student safety and well-being.
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and school management.
- Implement academic plans and support the holistic development of students.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Master's degree with B.Ed. preferred or as required by applicable rules.
- Relevant experience in school leadership or academic administration.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- A strong commitment to quality education and student development.
