About You

  • Sound judgement and demonstrated experience interpreting requirements, resolving complex issues and recommending appropriate action.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear guidance, reports, briefings, recommendations and correspondence.
  • Highly developed stakeholder engagement skills and the confidence to provide specialist advice to diverse audiences.
  • Experience reviewing and improving systems and processes using data, feedback and practical insights.
