Principal Data Analyst

Your new role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and suitably experienced person for the role of Principal Data Analyst.

This is a Fixed Term Full Time appointment, until 30/06/2027 , with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency. We currently have 2.0 FTE available.

As a member of the HRMIS Program, you will be responsible for:

• Gathering, interpreting and documenting requirements from business stakeholders and converting business requirements into technical specification documentation to support data ingestion and data modelling development.
• Building and maintaining stakeholder relationships that support and promote the utilisation of the enterprise data platform data repository and Data Management team services.
• Leading the development of the enterprise data warehouse semantic layer and underlying data models that enable end users to access data autonomously.
• Providing subject matter expertise in developing and delivering complex data models.
• Ensuring data governance process are designed, developed and maintained.
• Resolving data integrity and access control issues. Design and develop dashboards and visuals which monitor the usage and costs associated of the enterprise data platform.
