What they need
We are seeking a hands-on Principal – Data Science & Applied AI to develop advanced analytics, machine learning, and generative AI solutions for healthcare operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Build AI and machine learning models for claims, fraud detection, network optimisation, and decision support.
- Develop prototypes and proof-of-value solutions.
- Lead model evaluation, explainability, experimentation, and responsible AI practices.
- Collaborate with business and engineering teams to deploy scalable solutions.
- Mentor data scientists and present insights to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- 12–15 years of experience in data science, machine learning, advanced analytics, or applied AI.
- Strong expertise in Python, SQL, machine learning frameworks, and generative AI.
- Master’s or PhD in a relevant quantitative discipline.
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, financial services, or another regulated sector is preferred.
- Excellent communication and technical leadership skills.
Pay: AED35,000.00 - AED45,000.00 per month
