Role Summary

Lead the development of advanced AI, Machine Learning, GenAI, and Data Science solutions to drive scientific research, healthcare analytics, and business innovation. Act as a technical leader, partnering with cross-functional teams to build scalable, production-ready AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI/ML, GenAI, and advanced analytics solutions.
• Build predictive models using structured, unstructured, and multimodal datasets.
• Develop data science platforms, AI workflows, and decision-support systems.
• Collaborate with scientists, researchers, clinicians, and business stakeholders.
• Drive innovation through emerging technologies, publications, and thought leadership.
• Ensure model governance, quality, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
• Mentor and guide data science teams.

Must-Have Skills

• 8-15+ years of experience in Data Science, AI/ML, Advanced Analytics, or Computational Research.
• Strong expertise in Python and R/SAS.
• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Predictive Modeling, Statistical Analysis.
• Experience with GenAI, LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, Vector Databases, Knowledge Graphs, AI Copilots.
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, Databricks, Spark.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience delivering solutions in regulated or enterprise environments.

Preferred Background

• Healthcare, Life Sciences, Pharma, Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Clinical Analytics, Research Analytics.
• Computer Vision, Imaging Analytics, Computational Biology.
• Publications, patents, or recognized technical leadership.
