Principal Design Engineer - AVIP

该职位来源于猎聘 Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled AVIP Engineer to develop and deliver system-level Accelerated Verification IP (AVIP) and virtual solutions on industry-leading emulation and prototyping platforms(Palladium and Protium). This role focuses on building end-to-end AVIP-based verification solutions for high-speed protocols, enabling customers to achieve scalable, high-performance system validation from simulation through emulation. Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop system-level AVIP solutions for emulation/prototyping platforms (Palladium, Protium)
• Develop Qemu/Virtualbox virtual solutions for emulation
• Optimize solutions for performance, scalability, and emulation efficiency
• Develop custom test cases, tools, and automation to enable advanced use models (embedded / co-emulation / hybrid flows)
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (PE, AE, customers) to debug and resolve system-level issues
• Contribute to next-generation AVIP methodology evolution, including integration with AI/ML-based verification flows Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Strong hands-on modern C/C++ development experience for modeling, testbench, or system integration
• Knowledge of Qemu/VirtualBox/Gem5 or other system emulation projects
• Passion for writing clean, optimized, and maintainable code
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Preferred Qualifications
• Experience developing or using AVIP (Accelerated VIP) solutions
• Experience with multi-language environments (SystemVerilog + C/C++ + Python+SystemC)
• Expertise in high-speed protocols such as:
• PCIe, CXL, AMBA, UCIe, Ethernet (at least one)
• Hands-on experience with Palladium / Protium / FPGA / emulation platforms is strongly preferred
• Exposure to AI/ML techniques applied to verification or tooling Soft Skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
