  Job Title: Senior UI/UX Developer / Frontend Engineer - Angular

  Job Overview:

  We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Developer who can own the end-to-end design process for complex enterprise applications. The candidate should have strong expertise in UX research, information architecture, user journeys, wireframing, prototyping, UI design, design systems and usability. The person will work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Engineering, QA and customers to convert complex business requirements into intuitive, scalable and modern user experiences.

  Key Responsibilities :

  Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, usability analysis and competitive analysis.

  Create: User personas, User journeys, Information architecture, User flows, Wireframes, Interactive prototypes, High-fidelity UI designs

  Design responsive web and enterprise applications.

  Develop and maintain design systems, reusable components and UI patterns.

  Collaborate with Business Owners, Product Managers/Product Owners and BAs to refine requirements and acceptance criteria.

  Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

  Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into designs.

  Identify UX issues in existing applications and recommend improvements.

  Present design concepts and design decisions to senior stakeholders.

  Maintain design documentation, standards and component libraries.

  Mentor junior and mid-level UI/UX designers.

  Preferred Skills:

  10+ years of experience in frontend/UI application development.

  Strong hands-on experience with Angular and TypeScript.

  Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS/SASS, JavaScript, Bootstrap /Tailwind and responsive web design.

  Experience designing and developing reusable UI components and shared Angular libraries.

  Experience building and maintaining design systems / component libraries.

  Strong understanding of Angular architecture, modules, standalone components, services, RxJS, routing and state management.

  Experience upgrading/migrating Angular applications and libraries to latest supported Angular versions.

  Ability to handle breaking changes, deprecated APIs and dependency compatibility issues during upgrades.

  Strong knowledge of npm/package management, package-lock management, semantic versioning and dependency management.

  Experience identifying and resolving npm/security vulnerabilities, dependency conflicts and outdated packages.

  Understanding of frontend application security best practices including XSS, CSRF, secure storage and dependency security.

  Experience optimizing frontend performance, bundle size, lazy loading and application loading time.

  Experience with REST APIs and frontend/backend integration.

  Strong knowledge of Git and GitHub, including branching, pull requests, code reviews, merge/rebase and release workflows.

  Experience defining and maintaining frontend coding standards and best practices.

  Strong experience with unit testing using Jasmine/Jest/Karma or equivalent frameworks.

  Experience with end-to-end testing using Cypress, Playwright or similar tools.

  Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and building accessible UI components.

  Good understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive layouts, usability and cross-browser compatibility.

  Experience working with designers and tools such as Figma and converting designs into reusable UI components.

  Ability to mentor developers, review code and provide technical guidance to the frontend team.

  Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

  Nice to have Skills:

  Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps or similar.

  Experience deploying frontend applications to AWS, Azure, CDN, Nginx or cloud hosting platforms.

  Knowledge of Docker/containerized frontend deployments.

  Experience with frontend monitoring/error tracking tools such as New Relic, Datadog, Sentry or similar.

  Knowledge of micro-frontend architecture.

  Experience working in large-scale enterprise or SaaS applications.
