Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall operations of the early childhood education centre, including academic, administrative, financial, and daily operational activities.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality early childhood education programmes that comply with relevant educational standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage, coach, and develop teachers and support staff to create a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment.
• Develop initiatives to increase student enrolment, strengthen parent relationships, and support the centre's business growth.
• Monitor budgets, operational performance, and centre resources to ensure efficient and sustainable operations.
• Build strong relationships with parents, government agencies, and community stakeholders to enhance the centre's reputation and educational excellence.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Education Management, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including experience in school, preschool, or education management.
• Proven experience leading education teams, managing operations, and driving organisational performance.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood education practices and curriculum implementation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transport.

Candidates with experience managing preschool or early childhood education centres are strongly encouraged to apply.
