We are seeking an accomplished Lead Electrical Engineer to deliver advanced engineering services and offer critical technical leadership across project portfolios. This role is responsible for overseeing the technical direction, execution, and quality control of electrical engineering deliverables to ensure full alignment with client specifications and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will combine rigorous technical expertise with strategic leadership skills to direct project teams, manage multidisciplinary stakeholders, and optimize technical outcomes from project initiation through commissioning.

Core Responsibilities:

• Service Delivery & Execution: Direct the delivery of comprehensive electrical engineering services, ensuring strict compliance with internal quality benchmarks, client expectations, and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements within designated schedule and budget parameters.
• Technical Leadership & Oversight: Act as the Lead Electrical Engineer on assigned projects, managing work scopes, delegating responsibilities, and maintaining high standards of engineering precision across all project phases.
• Procurement & Technical Support: Provide authoritative technical guidance during procurement, construction, and commissioning activities, including drafting technical requisitions, conducting rigorous technical bid evaluations, and authorizing purchase orders.
• Scope & Change Control: Monitor project parameters to ensure clear definition of scope, rigorously enforcing established change management procedures to address scope variances and risk factors proactively.
• Team Supervision & Development: Mentor and supervise junior engineering personnel and designers, promoting standard worksharing practices, reviewing work outputs, and driving continuous professional development within the discipline.
• Stakeholder & Relationship Management: Liaise directly with client representatives, project management, and cross-functional engineering disciplines to maintain transparent communication, resolve technical discrepancies, and present progress metrics.
• Commercial Contribution: Participate in project cost estimation, contribute specialized content to bid proposals, and drive technical innovations to ensure cost-effective project execution.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (4- or 5-year accredited program).
• Substantial technical and practical experience in electrical engineering within a comparable heavy industrial or energy discipline.
• Demonstrated leadership experience within multidisciplinary project environments and technical execution teams.
• Sound working knowledge of core electrical engineering fundamentals, cross-disciplinary integration points, and prevailing industry codes and standards.
• Proficiency with specialized electrical engineering analysis software as well as standard productivity tools (MS Office Suite).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) status within the United States.
• Proven track record in project estimation, scope definition, and technical proposal development.
