Principal Electrical Design Engineer | Data Centers | 0.2% Equity

I’m working with a fast-growing data center developer/operator looking to bring on a Principal Electrical Engineer to help shape the next generation of AI and hyperscale infrastructure across the US.

This is a chance to join a business combining institutional real estate expertise with hyperscale data center development, backed by a team with 100+ years of real estate experience and several GW of data center delivery experience.

They’re taking a turnkey approach to development, focusing on securing strategic sites, overcoming utility constraints and accelerating delivery through infrastructure investment, including onsite substations.

• Principal-level technical ownership and influence over electrical engineering strategy

What they’re looking for:

• 10+ years of electrical engineering experience, ideally within data centers or mission-critical environments
• Strong knowledge of critical power infrastructure, including power distribution, UPS systems, generators and substations
• Experience reviewing early-stage designs, campus master plans and electrical infrastructure strategies
• A PE or Chartered Engineering qualification would be advantageous

This is more than a traditional design role. It’s an opportunity to influence how a growing data center platform develops and delivers its infrastructure, with meaningful equity participation.
