About Us

Founded in 2017 by a team of leading scientists in metal materials, our company is a high-tech enterprise dedicated to metal material innovation and automotive lightweighting. Our mission is to "reinvent metal, empower industrial upgrading." With over 50% of our core R&D team holding Master's or PhD degrees, we are backed by strategic investors including Xiaomi Auto, Sequoia Capital, E Fund, and Oriza Ventures. Our R&D headquarters is in Suzhou, with a high-end lightweight body parts industrialization base in Jiangsu.

We are a global pioneer in ultra-high-strength hot stamping steel technology. In 2017, we were the first worldwide to industrialize 2000MPa hot stamping steel, recognized among the Top 10 Steel Industry Technology Breakthroughs globally. In 2025, we achieved a breakthrough to 2200MPa strength, debuting on a premium NEV model. Our independently developed high-toughness Al-Si coated hot stamping steel and laser tailor-welded technology have broken foreign monopolies, improved toughness by 20%, and been licensed to a major European steelmaker — a rare case of Chinese steel technology being reverse-licensed to Europe. Our materials have cumulatively sold over 400,000 tons, generating over 1.6 billion RMB in industrial value. We have won the First Prize of Technology Invention Award from the China Society of Automotive Engineers and the First Prize of China Metallurgical Science and Technology Award.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead end-to-end R&D of hot stamping dies and sheet metal forming processes, solving core engineering pain points in ultra-high-strength steel mass production, and driving technology from lab to production line.
2. Conduct forming simulation analysis and precise process window definition; design and execute DOE experimental frameworks, building a simulation-experiment closed-loop optimization system to continuously improve forming precision and yield.
3. Lead patent portfolio development for cutting-edge die and forming technologies, converting core know-how into proprietary IP to support technology commercialization.
4. Collaborate cross-functionally with metal materials, welding, and AI application teams as a core R&D member to advance major industrialization projects.

Requirements

1. PhD in Metal Materials, Materials Processing Engineering, Die Design & Manufacturing, or related fields. Bachelor's and Master's from top-tier Chinese universities (985) preferred; PhD from a renowned German university is a strong plus.
2. 5+ years of R&D experience in metal materials, hot stamping, or die forming. Experience at reputable OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, or leading materials companies preferred.
3. Deep expertise in metal plastic forming principles and die thermodynamics; proficient in mainstream forming simulation tools (e.g., AutoForm, LS-DYNA). Publications in top journals/conferences or die-related patents preferred.
4. Sharp logical thinking and strong problem-insight ability; capable of independently analyzing complex mechanisms and designing systematic validation paths. Self-driven and intellectually curious.
