Role & responsibilities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Engineering, or related field.
Experience:
10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
Strong experience in Agile/Scrum facilitation and team leadership.
Expertise in payment application development, security standards, and compliance.
Deep understanding of operating systems, system architecture, and performance optimization.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in programming languages (Java, C/C++/C#, Python).
Good to have Knowledge of ISO7816, GlobalPlatform, Java Card API, and smart card technologies.
Good to have Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications in Agile (Scrum Master, SAFe)

Preferred candidate profile
