Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role

• Design and architecture of state of the art memory products
• Develop and execute technical strategies for digital IPs and SoC designs includingarchitecture, RTL design, and DFT, ensuring high-quality and efficient solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architecture, verification, STA, and physical desgin teams, to ensure successful SoC development
• Utilize industry-standard EDA tools, such as Synopsys, Cadence, or Mentor Graphics
• Debug and resolve complex design issues, including timing, power, and area optimization
• Drive technical innovation and improvement, stay up to date with industry trends, and new design methodologies

Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed 

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• At least 8 years relevant working experience in defining and implementing complex digital circuits and functionalities
• Proficiency in HDLs like Verilog/System Verilog
• Experience in using the digital design flow including RTL/gate-level simulation, Linting, logic synthesis, STA, UPF (low power design) and DfT
• Knowledge of non-volatile memories is a plus
• Experience with typical command sets and functions for various memory interfaces including I2C, SPI, QSPI, and xSPI is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams

Salary pay information:

In line with local legal requirements, indicative salary ranges are disclosed for selected locations where applicable.

 

Location	Indicative salary range
Colorado Springs, CO	Wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate: $164,400 – $226,100 In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
