Key Platforms

Smart Wind Turbines

Envision’s smart wind platform integrates advanced sensing, digital models and digital twin technologies via the Galileo SuperSense System. With 80+ GW installed globally, Envision ranks first globally in orders and second in new installations since 2022, maintaining a leading international market position.

Energy Storage

The energy storage platform provides full-stack capabilities across battery cells, BMS, PCS, EMS and SCADA, delivering integrated end-to-end solutions. The business ranks third in China and fourth globally, with 200+ projects and 15+ GWh in orders. The ecosystem includes Envision AESC (global battery leader) and Univers (AIoT-enabled digital energy management platform).

Green Hydrogen

Envision is developing large-scale integrated green hydrogen and ammonia industrial parks, including one of the world’s largest net-zero hydrogen projects in Chifeng, Inner Mongolia (1.5 million tons planned annual capacity).

Envision is hiring a Principal Engineer – EPC Quality, to own project quality across its international EPC, EPCM and EP deliveries, from bid and contract review through execution and customer handover. This role is reporting to the Head of International Engineering & Project Management

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and rollout of the international project quality management system; set project quality control baselines that reconcile regulations and standards across countries and keep customer quality requirements workable.
• During bidding and contract review, identify quality requirements and risks, and advise so that quality clauses are executable.
• Take part in quality control across project execution: on-site management, built-in quality and process audits, with corrective actions tracked to closure.
• Run quality risk identification, prevention and emergency management; propose adjustments early and drive improvement plans.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback; mobilise internal and external resources to resolve issues fast and lift customer satisfaction and brand image.
• Support several projects in parallel across countries; build up quality processes, tools and best practice for the international business.
• Build team capability and promote quality culture across the global business.

Requirements

Essential

• Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, management, quality, energy or a related field.
• 8+ years in engineering project quality management, including 3+ years as an international project Quality Manager or Quality Supervisor.
• Proven end-to-end quality control on large international power, energy or infrastructure projects, including multi-country, multi-model delivery.
• Strong command of international standards and cross-border regulations; experience building or improving project quality systems and processes.
• Experience with international contract review, quality risk management and emergency response.
• Strong on-site problem analysis and rapid resolution on high-risk sites.
• Cross-cultural communication, customer relationship management and teamwork.

Preferred

• ISO quality-system or PMP certification.
• Track record leading teams through international certification or audits, or preventing and handling a major quality crisis.
• English plus another international language.
