Principal Engineer, MIE

What You Will Do

1. Familiar with hot bar soldering knowledge;Laser soldering knowledge;Tips soldering knowledge;

2. To be responsible for the solder knowledge development and trouble shoot related;

3. To finish soldering process design related, and check & approve the supplier's proposal related soldering process;

4. To manage and control the delivery date of soldering equipment related to meet production demand;

5. To coordinate on others related matters of soldering fixtures, tooling and equipment;

6. To design soldereing tooling ;machine related for DG/PHL/MEX/US team and fabricating & qualification work;

7. To be responsible for the new equipment SOP/maintenance plan related soldering equipment, and training to the related engineer and technician;

8. Support IE/ME/QA on soldering issues for process improvement or cost reduction activities.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications):

EDUCATION:

REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree or above.

PREFERRED: Majored in Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical or Electronics

WORK EXPERIENCE:

REQUIRED: 5 years or above experience in relevant position(soldering knowledge)

PREFERRED: At least 3 years' experience in cable assembly yield;

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

REQUIRED: Be familiar with NX or SW / Pro-E 3D software, Microsoft office software; soldering process

PREFERRED: Knowledge of QS/TS16949,acquaint at EU RoHS knowledge
