How will you get here?

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.

Experience:

• Minimum seven years of engineering experience in electronics manufacturing.
• Significant hands-on experience in Manufacturing Process Engineering.
• At least two years of experience as a Lead Engineer or in an equivalent technical leadership role
• Successful applicants will have to fulfill all prerequisites for contracts. Certain position may require US Citizenship

• Ability to provide advanced technical support and direction to resolve complex process issues across multiple sites.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting NPI, process development, manufacturing readiness, ramp-up, and stable production.
• Experience improving flow, cycle time, WIP, changeover, productivity, and manufacturing efficiency.
• Experience developing and improving low-volume, high-mix, and electronics repair processes.
• Experience deploying automation, Digital Factory, advanced process control, monitoring, and analytics solutions.
• Experience developing, standardizing, and replicating process solutions across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Proven experience delivering measurable productivity, cost reduction, capacity, yield, and margin improvements.
• Experience working with material suppliers, equipment suppliers, customers, and technology partners.
• Experience developing, mentoring, and transferring knowledge to Process Engineers and technical experts.

The pay range for this role is $156,400 - $281,500. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity.As part of the total rewards package, this position is eligible for a short-term incentive based on performance. In addition, Jabil offers benefits to enhance your health, wealth and resilient self.
