PRINCIPAL ENTERPRISE ARCHITECT - Enterprise Data & Analytics

For our client, we are seeking a PRINCIPAL ENTERPRISE ARCHITECT - Enterprise Data & Analytics to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This remote role will provide strategic and technical leadership across the enterprise architecture function, with a strong focus on data and analytics capabilities. The position will help shape target-state architecture, guide transformation roadmaps, and ensure technology decisions support enterprise-wide goals in a large healthcare environment. You will collaborate closely with business, clinical, and IT stakeholders to identify risks, close gaps, and enable scalable solutions that improve outcomes.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $106,080 – $176,820 annually

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and technical leadership in enterprise architecture.
• Analyze the current IT environment to identify gaps and risks.
• Define target-state architectures and roadmaps for enterprise transformation.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver balanced architectural outcomes.
• Mentor architects and engineers and provide governance oversight.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on architectural strategy and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant experience with a degree, or 10+ years without a degree.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture.
• Proven experience designing solutions in a large-scale healthcare organization.
• Deep knowledge of value stream maps, design thinking, and customer journey.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies such as Azure and AWS, as well as AI and IoT.
• Experience in clinical support applications, such as Epic and PACS.
