You will partner closely with product, design, and other cross-functional stakeholders to create clarity across multiple user types, roles, and permissions. The position calls for strategic design leadership that improves coherence, strengthens user journeys, and helps teams make better experience decisions over time.

  • Proactively prototype and redesign critical user flows when necessary
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to elevate design practices while maintaining a cohesive vision

  • Experience managing complexity across multiple user types, roles, and permission structures
  • Excellent storytelling abilities to communicate architectural concepts to diverse stakeholders
  • Familiarity with K-12 education systems is a strong plus, but not mandatory

Benefits

  • Ample paid time off to prioritize well-being
  • 8 pre-scheduled Wellness Days each year for extended weekends

  • An exceptional team environment that fosters trust and freedom
  • Opportunities to engage with affinity and social groups
  • Comprehensive benefits including 401(k) matching and insurance coverage
