Hands-on leadership role to work with CastleHill and client teams to define requirements, architect and implement Integration applications between COTS GRC products and clients’ corporate systems (on-premise and SaaS) according to strict security and development standards. Responsible for helping to define and deliver solutions across our clients, working with our implementation and support teams, client risk managers, technical staff and senior leadership. Responsible for mentoring other developers on the team and coordinating joint activities as needed. Demonstrate understanding of Operational and Enterprise risk management goals, objectives and processes and a working knowledge of industry leading GRC tools. Position is fixed location based in Amherst, NH office; however, telecommuting from a home office is allowed up to 100% of time.

Job Requirements:

Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science or a directly related field plus five (5) years of experience in a software development role.

Experience must include:
Five (5) years of experience in the following (experience may be gained concurrently):

• Integration between GRC platforms, corporate systems and third-party content providers.

• Operational and Enterprise Risk Management business concepts and processes.

• Configuration of GRC platforms.

Two (2) years of experience in the following (experience may be gained concurrently):

• Saas and IaaS provider environments to architect and build integration applications leveraging current software stacks and tools.

• . Net and Java.

Position is fixed location, based in Amherst, NH office; however, telecommuting from a home office is allowed up to 100% of time.
