About the Role

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Ethical and Inclusive Practice: Demonstrate values-based, ethical and moral leadership by embedding socially just, equitable and inclusive practices into everyday school life.
Professional Growth and Development: Promote a culture of lifelong learning, continuous improvement and ongoing professional development for all staff, while actively engaging in personal professional growth.
Strategic Planning and Partnerships: Adopt a future-focused and strategic approach to school improvement by building strong partnerships with parents, government agencies, community groups, industry and business to enhance student learning and wellbeing.
Governance and Resource Management: Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and policies, while effectively managing school resources to achieve strategic priorities and improve educational outcomes.
