Join a market-leading Clinical AI startup that is in an extreme-growth phase . This is a technical leadership position , you'll work as a peer to C-Suite helping lead technical decisions across their AI stack (model selection, benchmarking, evals, fine-tuning etc.), while staying at the frontier of relevant research to incorporate into their systems.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with CTO & CEO on technical decision-making
• Research relevant advancements at the frontier of AI
• Lead 0 -> 1 development of new features
• Mentor other Engineers on AI/ML best practices
• Interface with clinical SMEs for iterative feedback

Requirements

• Significant research experience in ML, Comp Sci, NLP or related field - PhD or Publications
• Expert in Python, PyTorch, or JAX, and core ML competencies (training, fine-tuning, inference etc.)
• AI-first approach
• HealthTech/Healthcare experience highly preferred
