该职位来源于猎聘 Key Responsibilities 主要职责 Lead manufacturing transfer projects and NPI activities from global sites to the Taicang facility. 主导海外工厂向太仓工厂的制造转移及新产品导入项目。 Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes to achieve quality, cost, delivery, and safety objectives. 开发、实施和优化制造工艺，达成质量、成本、交付和安全目标。 Provide technical support to production teams and resolve manufacturing-related issues. 为生产团队提供技术支持，解决制造相关问题。 Manage engineering change implementation and ensure smooth transition into production. 负责工程变更导入，确保顺利实施到生产环节。 Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. 运用精益生产和六西格玛工具推动持续改善。 Support PFMEA, DFM, tooling development, and process validation activities. 支持PFMEA、DFM、工装开发及工艺验证工作。 Manage multiple projects, including scheduling, resource coordination, budget control, and EHS compliance. 负责项目计划、资源协调、预算控制及EHS管理。 Train and mentor production personnel on manufacturing processes and best practices. 为生产团队提供工艺培训和技术指导。 Qualifications 任职资格 Required 基本要求 Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines. 机械工程、制造工程、工业工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。 10+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a multinational manufacturing environment. 10年以上跨国制造企业制造工程相关工作经验。 Proven experience in manufacturing transfer and NPI projects. 具备制造转移及新产品导入项目经验。 Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, process improvement, and problem-solving methodologies. 熟悉制造工艺、持续改善及问题解决方法。 Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills. 具备良好的项目管理和跨部门协作能力。 Fluent in written and spoken English. 良好的英语听说读写能力。 Preferred 优先条件 Experience in medical devices, life sciences, instrumentation, electronics, or industrial equipment industries. 具有医疗器械、生命科学、仪器仪表、电子或工业设备行业经验者优先。 Familiarity with FDA, ISO 13485, IATF 16949, or similar quality systems. 熟悉FDA、ISO 13485、IATF 16949等质量体系者优先。 Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus. 持有精益六西格玛相关认证者优先。
