Job Summary

Position Overview. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant for our Business Consulting Services BCS practice. The ideal candidate must be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with extensive client-facing experience. You will drive complex financial transformation projects, specializing in financial consolidation systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery

• Manage end-to-end financial consolidation projects for global enterprises

• Client advisory: act as the primary trusted advisor to CFOs and finance leaders

• Process optimization: design and streamline complex group accounting consolidation workflows

• System implementation

• Translate business requirements into functional specs for consolidation software

• Stakeholder management: facilitate workshops to resolve data policy and reporting conflicts

• Team mentorship: guide and review the work of junior consultants and analysts

  Qualifications

• Education: Must hold a Chartered Accountant CA designation

• Experience: Minimum 15-20 years of professional finance consulting experience

• Consolidation Expertise: Deep knowledge of intercompany eliminations, multicurrency, and minority interests

• Accounting Standards: Strong working mastery of IFRS and US GAAP standards

• Client Exposure: Proven track record of managing senior corporate stakeholders directly

• Tech Proficiency: Hands-on experience with tools like Oracle Hyperion, SAP BPC, OneStream or Anaplan
