Principal Platform Engineer (Hyper-V)

Requirements:

• Experience: 12+ Years
• 12+ years in Infrastructure Engineering, Virtualization Engineering, or Platform Engineering.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Hyper-V and Windows Server virtualization technologies.
• Strong understanding of Hyper-V Failover Clustering, Live Migration, Storage Spaces Direct (S2D), and Windows Server architecture.
• Expertise in virtualization performance analysis, benchmarking, and capacity planning.
• Deep understanding of NUMA architecture, CPU scheduling, memory optimization, and virtualization internals.
• Experience with enterprise networking, storage, and software-defined infrastructure.
• Knowledge of DPU/SmartNIC technologies and modern data center architectures.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
• Experience with monitoring, performance analysis, and enterprise observability tools.
• Experience supporting highly available, mission-critical enterprise environments.

**Qualification:**Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
