Experience: 12+ Years
12+ years in Platform Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or Cloud Engineering.
5+ years of hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes.
Strong knowledge of container orchestration, Kubernetes internals, and OpenShift architecture.
Expertise in Linux, networking, storage, and enterprise infrastructure.
Experience with performance engineering, benchmarking, capacity planning, and scalability testing.
Deep understanding of NUMA architecture and workload optimization.
Knowledge of DPU/SmartNIC technologies.
Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, and enterprise observability platforms.
Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, Ansible, or Terraform.
Experience with highly available, mission-critical enterprise platforms
**Qualification:**Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
