Principal Platform Engineer (OpenShift)

R Requirements:

• Experience: 12+ Years

• 12+ years in Platform Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or Cloud Engineering.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes.

• Strong knowledge of container orchestration, Kubernetes internals, and OpenShift architecture.

• Expertise in Linux, networking, storage, and enterprise infrastructure.

• Experience with performance engineering, benchmarking, capacity planning, and scalability testing.

• Deep understanding of NUMA architecture and workload optimization.

• Knowledge of DPU/SmartNIC technologies.

• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, and enterprise observability platforms.

• Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, Ansible, or Terraform.

• Experience with highly available, mission-critical enterprise platforms

Qualification: Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
