The Principal Program Manager will own the end-to-end program strategy to transform ASIN Productivity from an analytics framework into a company-wide execution engine. This leader will influence multiple VP organizations, align long-term investments, establish operating mechanisms, and drive adoption across partner teams without direct authority.

- Influence multiple VP organizations to adopt ASIN Productivity as a standard planning and execution mechanism.
- Align priorities across Retail, Tech, Science, Finance, Category, and Operations teams.
- Resolve competing priorities and establish clear ownership models.

Define success metrics, business reviews, and executive scorecards.
- Program Execution
- Translate business opportunities into scalable programs.
- Prioritize partner investments based on customer and business impact.
