Principal Project Executive

Responsibilities :

• Support PMO governance and project tracking under project manager guidance; coordinate users, vendors and internal teams
• Focuses on coordination, governance support, stakeholder liaison and project tracking
• Facilitate meetings, prepare minutes and follow action items, coordinate UAT and deployment preparation
• Maintain schedules, issue/risk logs, project documents and status reports; escalate risks/issues where appropriate
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information System, Business Management or related discipline
• 1-2 year of working experience in IT project coordination
• Good problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to learn, ability to work with teams
