Principal, Quality Systems(Project/Program Manager)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager to oversee a global Supplier Notice of Change (NOC) program within a regulated industry. The ideal candidate will have strong project management, stakeholder coordination, data analysis, and process improvement skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Operations.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, commitments, and program progress.
• Follow up with stakeholders, identify delays, resolve roadblocks, and escalate risks to leadership.
• Analyze program data using Microsoft Excel and prepare status reports and presentations.
• Improve workflows, reporting processes, and program governance.
• Coordinate changes involving products, parts, materials, equipment, services, and manufacturing processes.
• Ensure timely completion of activities and maintain visibility into program risks and priorities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifying experience.
• 8–10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong Project/Program Management experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple workstreams.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite.
• Experience with process improvement, project tracking, and risk management.
• Background in a regulated industry, such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, aerospace, automotive, or manufacturing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Medical device industry experience.
• Experience in program governance, change management, or process improvement.
• Experience preparing leadership reports and presentations.
• Experience coordinating changes involving suppliers, products, materials, equipment, or manufacturing processes.

Note: Direct Supplier NOC, Supplier Quality, CAPA, audit, nonconformance, and coding experience are not mandatory.
