Principal Recruiter

About the Role

We’re looking for a Principal Recruiter to lead recruiting for our data center work. Your main focus will be the data center projects we’ve recently won, plus the existing data center business we already support. These are large, high-volume builds for innovative venture-backed startups, Fortune 500 companies, and global clients across the U.S.

This role isn’t limited to one vertical. As a Principal Recruiter, you’ll also have the opportunity to recruit across our other industries and clients, so you can broaden your book and your earning potential beyond data center work.

What You’ll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for our data center projects, from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and close
• Build and maintain pipelines for in-demand data center roles, such as critical facilities, MEP, construction, electrical, mechanical, commissioning, and network/infrastructure talent
• Partner closely with account managers and clients to understand project timelines, headcount needs, and ramp plans
• Recruit across Alpine’s other industries and clients as opportunities arise
• Mentor and support less-tenured recruiters and share best practices
• Maintain accurate pipeline data and reporting

What We’re Looking For

• Staffing or agency recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting for data center, mission-critical, construction, or engineering and infrastructure roles
• A proven record of hitting or exceeding spread, placement, or quota goals
• Comfort running multiple high-volume requisitions at once
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A self-starter who’s comfortable with autonomy and minimal oversight
